Dr. Michael Schwartz joined NYCOMS in 1989 upon his completion of maxillofacial surgery residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center. He received his dental degree from Buffalo State University. His primary interests lie in the reconstructive oral surgery patient. His main focuses are the special patients that require surgery of the TMJ and cancer reconstruction. He is a highly skilled oral surgeon. His reassuring and compassionate nature makes him a natural caregiver for the patients with these debilitating diseases.
